Record types count separately

These actions use zero credits
Synchronization, reading, scanning, analysis, Excel export, Excel file loading and change previews are free.
Failures do not count
Canceled, definitely failed and unprocessed changes do not consume credits. Ambiguous network outcomes are handled safely rather than blindly repeated.
Validity and rollover
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. At the end of the validity period, 50% of eligible unused credits roll forward. Credits have no cash value and are tied to the eligible store/account entitlement.
